Miniature Stampings
Alinabal manufactures miniature stampings for medical, aerospace and military applications. We specialize in the bearing industry producing precision retainers and shields as well as pressure transducer diaphragms. We also provide to the marketplace a stamped and automatically loaded hardened outer race and ball assembly that eliminates the inner race.
Precision Washers
Alinabal manufactures precision custom washers using metallic or non-metallic materials for many different aerospace, automotive and commercial applications. Sizes range from 0.110” to 6” outer diameter (O.D.) utilizing standard tooling as well as laser cut washers where sizes range up to 35” in diameter. Washers can be hardened, ground and lapped for flatness, parallelism and thickness within any specified tolerance.
