Laminum® Shims
Laminum shims, the original laminated shims, are available in brass, mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and Kapton. Laminated materials are also available in sheet form.
Laminated shims are comprised of thin layers of 0.002 or 0.003 precision gauged metal foils or composites with surfaces microscopically bonded together. These shims can be fully laminated or part solid material, assuring you of just the right shim for your special requirements.
