The Alinabal Motion Transfer Division is pleased to offer specialized assistance in the selection of components; however, since Alinabal has no control over any part's installation and final application, the user assumes sole responsibility for determining the suitability of any part for a specific application. This is most important when the customer is specifying a part for an application where safety is a factor. Incorrect application or installation can result in damage, bodily injury or death.

Warranty

Alinabal warrants that, at the time of delivery, the products sold shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship. In case of a defect, at Alinabal's sole discretion and opinion, the products will be repaired, replaced or credit in the amount of the sale price will be issued therefore, if the products are returned freight prepaid to Alinabal's manufacturing facility and Alinabal's subsequent examination reveals that the products are not free of defects in materials and workmanship. The remedies in this section shall be the buyer's exclusive remedies for breach of this warranty or other claims for defects in products sold under warranty.

Alinabal makes no warranties either express or implied (including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) other than those above set forth and expressly disclaims any and all warranties other than those set forth above.
