Bill joined Alinabal in 2024, with over 20 years of technical sales experience in manufacturing equipment and technology-enabled solutions. As VP of Sales & Business Development, Bill will partner with customers to design single-source solutions that give them an advantage in today’s increasingly competitive markets. He previously held sales and senior leadership roles with Zund America, a leader in digital cutting systems; EFI/Optitex, virtual prototyping and CAD/CAM solutions; and Gerber Technology, software and manufacturing systems.

Joining Alinabal in 2022, Ted is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) with over 20 years of experience serving Fortune 100 companies in the manufacturing sector and beyond. He is skilled in aligning HR initiatives with individual business strategies to drive results. Ted brings Alinabal a track record of success in talent acquisition, performance management and learning & development, as well as engagement & inclusion, policy, compensation and employee relations.

Steven joined Alinabal in 2024, following senior executive roles at Momentum Manufacturing Group and Gerber Technology. His extensive experience across Sales, Operations, Marketing and Strategic Planning is coupled with a customer-centric leadership style and proven expertise in driving growth and value. Overseeing extensive M&A activity in the industrial sector, Steven has integrated business units and facilities into high-performance organizations.

Joining the company in 2019 to lead the corporate engineering team, John was named VP General Manager in 2023. He brings an impressive track record of leading advanced manufacturing projects and working with engineering teams to pioneer process improvements for faster product introductions. A lean manufacturing advocate, John’s goal is to provide customers with a business advantage from world-class processes and technologies.

John joined Alinabal as Chief Financial Officer in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience as a senior finance executive at fast-growing international organizations including ICP Group and Sherwin-Williams. Partnering across functions to support full strategic plans, John is an operationally driven leader with a history of building organizational teams to deliver financial results. He specializes in acquisition integration, business expansion and value creation.
Engineering Manager
Joining Alinabal as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2001, Dhaval is a leader of DACO Instruments, our premier line of laser-shuttering products. Throughout his career at Alinabal, he has leveraged his broad technical experience to direct the company’s engineering organization, serving as Senior Product Engineer, Operations Manager, and Business Development Manager. His extensive knowledge of Alinabal’s capabilities and experience across applications are invaluable in planning and overseeing customer projects.

As VP Supply Chain, Paul directs Alinabal’s purchasing, demand planning and distribution activities. He has served Alinabal for over 30 years with leadership responsibilities overseeing a broad range of operational functions and finished goods handling and distribution. With deep experience in engineering and manufacturing processes, Paul is adept at representing the customer’s best interests in conversations with our supply chain partners and throughout the product lifecycle.
