General Manager, Industrial Precision Operations
Steve joined Alinabal Group in July 2026 through the acquisition of Industrial Precision, Inc., where he now serves as General Manager, continuing to guide the business he has long led. He brings over three decades of manufacturing experience spanning multiple corporate functions, with core expertise in lean practices, operational excellence, and strategic management. Steve is deeply committed to delivering highly engineered solutions that build stronger, long-term customer partnerships across the aerospace industry.
Director of Engineering
Michael’s expertise includes CAD automation, PLM integration, Digital Twin implementation, and advanced manufacturing technologies that connect design and production. He has a proven record of delivering data-driven engineering solutions that enhance product performance, accelerate development, and improve manufacturing efficiency. At Alinabal, he leads engineering strategy, driving continuous improvement, digital enablement, and technical excellence across the organization.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom joined Alinabal as CFO in 2025. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, spanning the manufacturing, semiconductor, medical device, and software sectors. He has held financial leadership roles in several international corporations, including Tokyo Electron Ltd and Deloitte, and has helped drive multiple M&A transactions at private equity and venture capital backed companies. Tom is a CPA and has academic degrees in physics, engineering, and accounting.
Director of Quality
Named Director of Quality in 2024, Dazel leverages over 20 years of experience in Automotive, Aerospace and Commercial products. He brings a track record of elevating business performance through improvements to manufacturing processes and quality management systems. Dazel served as Quality Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Alinabal from 2006-2011. He also held the roles of Senior Quality Engineer at Parker Hannifin and Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Ripley Tools, Sumitomo and Kaman. Most recently, he served as Director of Quality for AGC and GarKenyon Aerospace and Defense. Dazel is passionate about quality within organizations and elevating customers’ confidence.
Vice President
Operations
Andrew joined talents with Alinabal through the acquisition of ERW LLC. in 2024 and will continue to guide the ERW business as Vice President / General Manager. With over a decade of experience across manufacturing functions, Andrew leads with expertise in lean practices, operations and P&L management. He previously held roles in supply chain management at Allurion Technologies as well as engineering and production management at Jabil. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Andrew is driven to provide highly engineered solutions for stronger OEM partnerships.
Senior Vice President
Bill joined Alinabal in 2024, with over 20 years of technical sales experience in manufacturing equipment and technology-enabled solutions. As Senior VP of Sales & Business Development, Bill will partner with customers to design single-source solutions that give them an advantage in today’s increasingly competitive markets. He previously held sales and senior leadership roles with Zund America, a leader in digital cutting systems; EFI/Optitex, virtual prototyping and CAD/CAM solutions; and Gerber Technology, software and manufacturing systems.
Vice President Defense Products
As Vice President of Defense, Dhaval oversees the development and delivery of high-precision, mission-critical solutions for defense customers. His strong engineering foundation, combined with extensive industry experience, enables him to guide programs from initial concept through full-scale production and final delivery with exceptional efficiency and reliability. Dhaval holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA.
Chief Executive Officer
Jamie joined Alinabal in 2026. He has over 30 years of experience in leadership across industrial manufacturing and metal processing organizations. He has held operational and general management roles in several large industrial companies, including The Marmon Group (a Berkshire Hathaway company) and UPG Enterprises, and has helped drive acquisitions and value creation at private equity-backed companies, including Edgewater Funds.
