Advanced bi-stable or spring shutter devices reputed for beam-blocking across a host of applications. Customize form and fit to your application’s precise needs.
Bi-Stable, Pulse-Driven Shutters
Reliable units customized for low power or battery operation. Ideally suited for challenging environments with conditions such as low vibration or high shock. Night vision goggles, infrared cameras, medical devices and more applications use our bi-stable shutters for beam-blocking.
When the shutter receives the pulse, it moves to its “On” position and will stay there even when the operating voltage is removed. The unit will return to the “Off” position when it receives the reverse pulse.
Spring Return Shutters
Advanced units designed, engineered and precision manufactured for the exacting demands of Military & Defense industries. The shutters move to the energized position when they receive operating voltage and remain in that position till voltage is removed and the shutter returns to its de-energized state.
